I called ahead about a specific vehicle I was purchasing as a gift for my son. I made an appointment because I knew I did not have a lot of time. Steven, the sales guy, was ready and waiting for us with as a gift for my son. I made an appointment because I knew I did not have a lot of time. Steven, the sales guy, was ready and waiting for us with the vehicle on stand by for test drive when we arrived. There was a little rattle (that he noticed). He had it checked out and the bolt tightened immediately. We agreed on a fair price with payments I could afford. The process was quick and painless. He was awesome and I plan to see him again in a couple weeks when my daughter is ready for her purchase! Oh, and btw, he also checked up the next day to make sure that we made it home and there were no issues with the vehicle. Scott, the finance guy was incredible too! Great job Ferman. It was a pleasure doing business with you! More
