They dissapeared I went in a Thursday night to test drive a used 2018 Sorento. When I got there, the only people there was sitting by service watching football. I co I went in a Thursday night to test drive a used 2018 Sorento. When I got there, the only people there was sitting by service watching football. I couldn't tell if they were employees or customers. I walked around the lot for a bit looking at cars. Then I came back in and interrupted the football game to ask if anyone worked there. I got a sales person and we went for a test drive. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and we continued talked for 15 minutes after the test drive. At that point I had to leave, but we exchanged contact information. I didn't hear anything back in the next couple of weeks. I thought that was odd for a salesperson, but he knew my timeline, so I didn't put too much thought into it. Once I was ready to make a purchase, I sent him an e-mail detailing exactly what I wanted. After two days with no response, I filled out the please contact me form on-line. After two more days with no response I called. The sales person was working, but with another customer. I left a message. Still no response. I did end up buying the car, but from a different dealership. More

After fifteen minutes of waiting ar Originally I’d have given this dealership a zero rating. We pulled up in a 2015 Kia Optima looking for an upgrade. After fifteen minutes of waiting around (good coffee/tea selection, loads of reading material, lots of brochures) and ABSOLUTELY NO CONTACT of any sort we walked out. However, two steps away from climbing into our car and driving off Scott P asked if there was anything he could do to help and if we had been helped. He braced well for the scolding without wavering and apologized without being abrasive, pushy or wimpy. He was quick with answers to our questions, highly approachable and informative. One test drive and a quick quote - acknowledging our time constraint and no excessive pushy sales tactics. They may just have a sale. Time will tell. More
