Service Having trouble with the automatic Shuffle shut off feature. Robert, the service manager, had it checked out and found I had a bad battery. Replace the Having trouble with the automatic Shuffle shut off feature. Robert, the service manager, had it checked out and found I had a bad battery. Replace the battery under warranty. He also showed me how to use the Lincoln app with special features like Auto starting the car. I was unaware of this and it was helpful. He also reminded me that I was entitled to have the car picked up and returned for service and a loaner car would be provided. I've never used this feature before and made it more appealing to do in the future. Why no Service catagory with names listed like Sales? More
