Used civic, sold to me with missing lug nuts and broken motor mount, this was after being "certified " by the service department. Had to pay my mechanic to find issues including the missing lug nuts. Absolutely no communication with their app they want you to use to communicate, yet nobody responded for 3 hours trying to get an answer about my vehicle. I probably will never go back, nor would I recommend to a friend. Too much sales and very little "service " to the customer, everything was focused on extending their margins..not interested in getting ripped off for crap you don't need More

A J was a wonderful helpful salesman, very friendly and cared about what we wanted. I’m not sure about the other two men, the man that did the final paper work when he asked if we wanted to buy extra insur cared about what we wanted.
