I had very specific needs for a new vehicle, and some additional desires. Scott spent all the time needed to fully understand my needs and looked far and wide for the perfect vehicle for me. While I really wanted any other color than silver, that's all he could come up with, but every other aspect of the car he found for me was met, along with a surprising set of extras that I've grown to like. Scott was patient as I weighed my decision. He was also patient as we tried to work through a minor glitch in the financing (I paid cash, but it was company policy to run a credit check anyway, and I had frozen my credit reports-- Scott worked out who to contact to temporarily unfreeze the credit so the check could be made). He went to bat with me over pricing (I had an issue with the service department on my previous car, and wanted some credit for their oversight-- Scott delivered). He was very knowledgeable about all aspects of the car, and walked me through its features quickly and efficiently. In short, I'm a happy customer and I'd recommend doing business with Scott. More
