People were pleasant however it was marked that I needed new windshield wipers. I had just replaced the windshield wipers. Customer service was lacking. It doesn’t take much to do your job as a service center. It wasn’t really that busy I felt like I was jumping through hoops to get someone’s attent It doesn’t take much to do your job as a service center. It wasn’t really that busy I felt like I was jumping through hoops to get someone’s attention. Last visit was totally different. Someone came out right away and got my info and got me started when it was daily busy. People working these jobs need to know that the customer isn’t inconveniencing them just because they have to do something. Maybe they need to have their job responsibilities repeated to them so they know what they need to do. It’s not that hard to provide a service that they are paid to do. More

When I came in to tell my agent that I had my first flat tire since I brought the truck new and called Auto Club to change my spare. When he toke the Spare down for the first time I ever hade a flat to put tire since I brought the truck new and called Auto Club to change my spare. When he toke the Spare down for the first time I ever hade a flat to put it on my front right wheel it did not go on, the wheel bolt holes were right but the rime would not slid in.SO his Manager and he told me the spear is only for the back wheels!!! WHAT a spear is only for back wheels. Did they think they were talking to a 10 year old kid, How stupid are they, I would never bring my truk or car back to then. More

Always a great experience here getting my car serviced. The staff is friendly and very helpful in walking your through the services you need and why. They provide shuttle service if you are within a certai The staff is friendly and very helpful in walking your through the services you need and why. They provide shuttle service if you are within a certain boundary back home. Or if you decide to stay there they have a nice waiting area with tv's and wifi. Appointments are recommended but if you come in or better call, they will let you know if they can squeeze you in that day. More
