Prior to the purchase of my vehicle the sales team was very helpful; answering questions, making accommodations, etc. After my purchase however, my questions and requests for help went unanswered by my s very helpful; answering questions, making accommodations, etc. After my purchase however, my questions and requests for help went unanswered by my sales man various sales managers, the general manager and the finance team. Finally after 3 weeks someone reached out to me to answer my questions. It was very frustrating. More
