We were in the area on vacation when our new Highlander told us it needed servicing. We stopped by the service center to ask about making an appointment and they said they could do it right then and there. told us it needed servicing. Great customer service! I had a nail in my tire and I couldn't schedule an appt for another week. I ended up calling Scott and he told me to bring it in and he would also have the required service perfor couldn't schedule an appt for another week.
