The main reason I bought the car was my interactions with this dealer in particular, Scott and Steven. I have not typically been a fan of dealers and had some negative experiences in Southern California. I f this dealer in particular, Scott and Steven. He easily established rapport and was genuine and authentic with his interactions both during and after the purchase. I truly appreciated the little details, including the celebration when I drove the car off the lot it was very special. I sent the video to a couple of my friends and they were blown away that the staff would go to that length to celebrate a car purchase. I very much appreciate his continuing to follow up to make sure everything is OK with the car. I have been back twice since I bought the car and I feel very welcomed by all of the staff when I came in now. I will highly recommend this dealer especially Scott to friends and family . It has been an incredibly positive experience from start to finish with both sales and service. More

I called for an appointment to buy new tires, Connor Morrison immediately checked to make sure they were in stock, and got me in the next day to have them put on my car. It is always a pleasure to talk to the people at SLO BMW. Conner kept me informed about the wait time, always polite and efficient. The facility is very nice, and I actually enjoyed a cup of coffee and a banana while I waited. I felt like I was as comfortable as a lobby of a nice hotel! Scott saw me and stopped to talk to me. Mitch saw me and come over to talk to me. A very nice young man named Karsten asked me if I needed any information and tips for my X4BMW. I had an exceptionally great day as I waited for my new tires! More

On a road trip and ran into a problem on a Saturday afternoon at 1:00. Call SLO BMW and spoke to Rick. He assured me I could drive the 30 miles safely and they would look at my car. He had the techn afternoon at 1:00. Call SLO BMW and spoke to Rick. He assured me I could drive the 30 miles safely and they would look at my car. He had the technician look at the problem, twice, as I thought he may have missed a little hidden leak. Three hours later on a Saturday, I received the good news that all was fine and I was back on the road. Rick, was upbeat and calm, he made what could have been a disaster into a pleasant afternoon.
