We received excellent service from Metro Toyota May 29-30. My 2011 Prius was making a noise, a grinding sound. Turns out to be rear wheel bearings, both the right and left. I appreciate the same day service; I called on Tuesday at 8:00 am and got the car in by 2:30, and a call from Scott in the service area. This is a pricey fix, but Scott did a nice job letting me know this was an $1,100 fix. He ordered the part by 4:00pm on May 29, and the car was fixed by 2:00 pm on May 30th. The bill came to $1068...nice to have a bad surprise! Thank you very much for fixing my daughter's car so quickly. I also appreciate the advise that the car is in "good shape" so worth making this fix on a vehicle with 136,000 miles. That was also helpful. Thank you. More

When I leased my next Corolla from Metro Toyota, I received excellent service, and had the privilege to meet with caring service technicians and informative customer service. This latest lease was easily arranged and I was provided with customer friendly service and outstanding considerations for my experience with Metro Toyota. The customer representatives, service, and dealers bent over backwards to meet my needs and my requirements with consideration, respect, and speed of delivery for all customer questions I had. I told my family how considerate they are for the needs I had, which were different due to my busy schedules and the long hours I work. More

Excellent Response to a Stressful Situation for a Customer I had a completely severed tailpipe at the muffler. The muffler was hanging by one screw. The Service Rep told me that the cost estimate to repair it I had a completely severed tailpipe at the muffler. The muffler was hanging by one screw. The Service Rep told me that the cost estimate to repair it would be $1500. But he told me of a muffler shop nearby that could weld the break for much less. I took his advice and was very satisfied with the repairs done. I of course would have sought out a muffler repair shop to make the necessary repairs and I told the Metro Service Rep this. I have been coming to Metro Toyota and been taken care of by this Service Rep for over 20. Your Service Rep had the initiative, interest and knowledge necessary to refer me to a reputable repair shop to whom he had referred others and he knew I would receive the needed repairs at a reasonable cost. He is to be highly commended for this effort. More
