Last Minute Need for New Tires I am not usually one to take the time to write a review but I am making an exception to this time because of gr at customer service. The service staff I am not usually one to take the time to write a review but I am making an exception to this time because of gr at customer service. The service staff at Curry Honda (particularly Sarah S. and the service coordinator Manager) are friendly, attentive and moreover forthright. Our 2010 Honda Civic has been being serviced here for several years now and anytime there has been miscommunication it is resolved expediently and with much care. Today, the car was desperately in need of new tires (the rear passenger tire was loosing air and all the tires are rotten), and well overdue for an oil change. I called Sarah this morning and she assured me she could fit the car in and have the work done by early afternoon and not have to wait all day given it is a busy Saturday. Sure enough she made it happen! Thank you as always Sara and Curry Honda service department. You guys rock!! 😊 More

Great customer service I gave 5 stars because the service department is consistently great. They take the time to explain what is going on with my vehicle, they send me coup I gave 5 stars because the service department is consistently great. They take the time to explain what is going on with my vehicle, they send me coupons, and they stay on time with appointments. The most important reason why I continue to come back is I trust them. They tell me even though my vehicle is at recommended milage for certain things to be replaced they tell me if I can wait to replace when needed. I have been to other dealership service departments that replace without looking at condition. They are kind with an emphasis on customer. More
