I purchased a 2018 Volvo XC90 yesterday from Steve and he and the whole team were excellent. Price was very good as well. Steve worked with me for several days and sent me everything I needed to make a quick and the whole team were excellent. Price was very good as well. Steve worked with me for several days and sent me everything I needed to make a quick purchase when I arrived at the dealership. William showed me all the options on the car and was great. He even let me know what was available from their parts apartment. Santiago in finance gave me all the extended warranty options and was also excellent and let me know how to use it if I hopefully never need to. Neil was also super helpful for my second test drive of the car and all were very nice to talk to. I would buy another car from Smythe in the future. More

He answered all my questions to help me navigate my new car with all the bells and whistles. I returned to Volvo yesterday with some personal issues that I had with trying to work all the bells and whistles of the car. Jay was amazing. He helped me with uploading my contacts and favorites.
