There was never even a hint of a hard sell, which is something I hate in car salesmen. From the moment I walked in the door I had a good feeling about this dealership from Cat the receptionist,who told me I could lie about my age, to Santiago who finished up the paperwork quickly and efficiently. This dealership made me feel that I and my business was important and that I was not just another number on a salesperson's clipboard. They went the extra mile to ensure that the used car I purchased was detailed, inspected and serviced with upmost care and looked like a million dollars. They also did the unheard of in today's world: My car had a full tank of gas and fresh water bottles in each of the cup holders. It even had a big red bow on the hood. What wonderful gestures. I purchased a 2018 Volvo XC90 yesterday from Steve and he and the whole team were excellent. Price was very good as well. Steve worked with me for several days and sent me everything I needed to make a quick and the whole team were excellent. Price was very good as well. Steve worked with me for several days and sent me everything I needed to make a quick purchase when I arrived at the dealership. William showed me all the options on the car and was great. He even let me know what was available from their parts apartment. Santiago in finance gave me all the extended warranty options and was also excellent and let me know how to use it if I hopefully never need to. Neil was also super helpful for my second test drive of the car and all were very nice to talk to. I would buy another car from Smythe in the future. More
