I asked for my car I bought to be detailed before I buy it, which they agreed! I pick it up the next day and all they did was send it through the car wash. I spent $60 on my own stuff and spent couple days cleaning it myself and it smells like weed in the truck that I haven’t been able to get out either. Wasn’t real happy with this buying experience and this is the second car I have bought from corwin and both times I have had terrible experiences. I will not be buying through them again! John was extremely helpful and genuinely cares. When I first walked up to the reception desk an older sales lady was bad mouthing a salesman to the receptionist. That put a bad taste in my mouth .
