Ferman Chevrolet informed me that they did not have the car that I wanted, but that one was in transit and would arrive shortly. In a few days I received a phone call that the car was now in the lot. I rushed to Ferman and that same day I drove it home. They were honest and explained in detail every aspect of the deal. The folks at Ferman are a pleasure to do business with. More
