In my opinion this dealer have very bad customer services and I don't recommend. Thanks to the help of Sami and Carlos I was able to solve it, but it seems disrespectful to me that they take advantage of p and I don't recommend. Thanks to the help of Sami and Carlos I was able to solve it, but it seems disrespectful to me that they take advantage of people who do not speak English well, that is a personal lesson but it is not fair to scam people by doing things that are not authorized and charge an unrequested item having specified in the entry that it was necessary. I specified that I only needed the 5000 Mile service and the girl Ashley Mathis told me to change the oil and filter to which I said yes, she shows me the paper and I sign (my mistake was not reading and trusting) believing in It was agreed to only change the oil and filter, it turns out that they make unauthorized changes and charge me an amount for a service that I did not request. Be careful and check well. Out of respect for customers, cashiers should have more empathy and look people in the face when making transactions. Gracias a la ayuda de Sami y Carlos pude solucionarlo, pero me parece una falta de respeto que se aprovechen de personas que no hablan bien inglés, eso es una lección personal pero no es justo estafar a la gente haciendo cosas que no están autorizados y cobran un artículo no solicitado habiendo especificado en la entrada que era necesario. Especifique que sólo necesitaba el servicio de las 5000 Millas y la chica Ashley Mathis me dijo cambio de aceite y filtro a lo que yo le digo que si, me muestra el papel y yo firmo (mi error fue no leer y haber confiado) creyendo en que fue lo acordado sólo cambio de aceite y Filtro, resulta que me hacen cambios no autorizados y me cobran un monto por un servicio que yo no solicité. Tengan cuidado y verifique bien. Por respeto a los clientes las cajeras deberían tener más empatia y mirar a la cara al hacer las transacciones. More
