This car buying process was way too long (6+hrs) and we went through too many obstacles to get the car we wanted. Was first shown a car that was not presentable (dog hair and stickers all over it) we could went through too many obstacles to get the car we wanted. Was first shown a car that was not presentable (dog hair and stickers all over it) we couldn’t even test drive it. Test drove another vehicle which was the one we ended up going with, Sami did a great job pivoting and being persistent. When we came back to talk numbers management took way too long with offers. We only came to look at two cars and management kept showing us different cars that we weren’t interested in at all which was just a waist of time. Sami did his job well but, I hope to never step foot in this place again. More
