He helped me gather the specifics on the right car and the right deal so that I could make an informed purchase. After getting to the dealership, I appreciated them bringing in my car and showing me all the bells and whistles as well as allowing me the proper time to think through all the options with purchasing the car. No pressure and no haggling needed.
