Pricing for maintenance is price gouging. Rotate tire $63.71 Change air filter $65.24 + tax. This was all done under the guise of a free oil change. You gouged my bill with usurious charges to recover your oil change cost. Like the old adage there is not a free lunch well at Russ Darrow the adage is no such thing as a free oil change. I will never take my car back to Darrow for service. I still have one free oil change, but I can't afford their free oil changes. Samantha in service was nice and helpful, not mad at her, just think the dealership is not honest about their fees. Oh I forgot to add their automated scheduling process made me put in all this information, but they never transferred it to the service department. When I arrived we had to add all the information again. Also their AI system is now hounding me for a service I said I would defer to my next oil change. 96% of my miles are expressway 70 MPH. I don't wear out brakes or other disposable parts. My saying I'll do it at 40,000 miles instead of 30,000 is logical. Something AI doesn't have yet, Logic. More

My Honda had a factory recall issue which Russ Dartow fixed, and when there was a slight issue with the follow up the excellent service exceeded my expectation! I’m going to start having my oil changes d fixed, and when there was a slight issue with the follow up the excellent service exceeded my expectation! I’m going to start having my oil changes done at the dealership instead of the big box competitor. More

I was quoted a different price over the phone then was charged. I hadn’t heard anything 4.5 hours after dropping my car off, so I called for an update. Service was not great when I came to pick up and I was not thrilled the price was more than I was quoted. More
