Guillaume was a fantastic sales rep. He was respectful and understanding of the anxiety that buying a car has. I think for most consumers, we don't purchase a car often. This lack of experience places u and understanding of the anxiety that buying a car has. I think for most consumers, we don't purchase a car often. This lack of experience places us in a vulnerable position in which we don't know whether we are making the right decision or not. This is where a sales rep comes in and after visiting a bunch of dealers, Guillaume was the best out of all the reps. I did have a bad experience during my first visit with a sales manager (Justin) while haggling for the price. But Guillaume quickly called me back to apologize and I was assigned another manager. The financing was straightforward and no additional fees or accessories that were unnecessary were offered or added. If you are looking for an honest dealership I would highly recommend you start at Heritage Honda in Parkville and ask for Guillaume!!!!! More
