My review is to complement the exemplary service of Sam Mendoza who is my Service Advisory at this dealership and to acknowledge his professionalism and overall performance regarding my 2014 Cadillac ELR, Mendoza who is my Service Advisory at this dealership and to acknowledge his professionalism and overall performance regarding my 2014 Cadillac ELR, Hybrid, 2 door sporty coupe. He is amazing, awesome and treated us with the utmost respect and went over and above to make sure my vehicle was serviced with meticulous care. He got me a rental car through Hertz for approximately 4 days because of the lengthy process with my worthless warranty company, AGW (American Guardian Warranty) and the hoses, parts that had to be ordered as my vehicle is a hybrid, 2014 Cadillac ELR, a sporty 2 door coupe which I'm looking to replace here shortly, although this process was extremely lengthy from 06/25/25 - 07/12/25 (over 2 weeks it was not any fault of Mr. Mendoza's) when I got my car back as my husband went and picked up my vehicle. Mr. Mendoza did everything within his authority to get us a good price and looked for discounts to help us. I am extremely pleased with the care and concern he took in taking care of my vehicle needs as he has done several times before and I will continue to bring my vehicle into this dealership for him to handle all of my car needs. The staff within itself is very friendly and accommodating. I did leave a detailed message for his Manager, Michael as of 07/24/25, Thursday to let him know how amazing Sam is but never received a returned call, however I felt that someone in Management should be cognizant of his skills which are anything short of immaculate. Thank you, Sam for always taking good care of us, being very accommodating and cheerful and we will be in to give you a gift to show our appreciation for a job well done. She is driving and performing like a Boss on the streets! We truly appreciate you and will continue to trust you with my baby! More

I bought a vehicle here for the first time in 2022 and there's a reason I just got my next one from there today. Actually, many reasons. From sales to service to management, literally-it's everyone that made me want to come back. 5 stars isn't enough and I am not exaggerating, which is why I send all of my friends here. I appreciate everyone's hard work and dedication there to take care of customers, it's certainly a lost art these days. They make the buying process so incredibly easy. Nice dealership and showroom. My sales consultant showed me a variety of Buick Envisions I was looking for. She rode with me on a test drive, and explained the various features, a My sales consultant showed me a variety of Buick Envisions I was looking for. The finance manager explained finance options and reviewed the paperwork,payments,warranty and service plans included. My sales consultant walked with me to the service department right across the street, and introduced me to the service manager. I got a cup of coffee too, while she got the keys. After the service department washed the vehicle, put temporary license plate on, gave me 2 sets of keys and my copy of the contract and paperwork.. They were very professional and courteous. More
