He kept going back and forth to the Sales Manager to try to get us the price that we asked even though he know it probably Sam was a great help to us. Sam took very good care of us in every deatail. We left feeling like he was our friend and we had known him forever. Yes I highly recommend this car dealership. They are service oriented and honest. What every business should be!! My hubby brought his truck into be serviced and he talked to the tech and a couple of others who were very nice but I do not remember their names as I thought I was just along for the ride. When I realized the "ride" was about getting me a car then I was aware of names like Sam, who is so awesome and Ken Proctor. I met one of the owners who impressed me by being outside cooking hot dogs for customers. I could tell how down to earth he is by his genuine smile and interaction with all who came to get their treats. I have never been to a car dealership where I wanted to go back until Metro Toyota.
