I was greeted by Sam Ibrahim and he also ended up being my salesman. The vehicle I came into look at was sold already which I figured might happen since it was a week after my first communication with the dealership. I was shown a vehicle that was more expensive but was more of what I wanted . Sam and Chad the manager made an amazing deal for me since it wasn't my first choice . I left with vehicle Sam showed me and couldn't have been happier. I left with more options than I thought I was going to. Sam was very personable and even accompanied me to turn in my previous lease at another dealership. I highly recommend Metro, Sam and Chad for your next car buying experience . More

I never had purchased a car from a dealership before, but I wanted to have acc I went into the dealership with a good idea of what I was looking for. I never had purchased a car from a dealership before, but I wanted to have access to a great warranty/care plan, and I knew the value of owning a Toyota. My personal friend had dealt with my salesperson when he purchased a car and they were able to find him something that met his needs and fit his budget. The dealership was able to finance me a model of a car that I fallen in love with when I had it as a rental. I was surprised how low the cost ultimately ended up being. I live on the east side, near Motorcars Toyota, but it was worth the trip to the west side for my experience at Metro Toyota. I have and will definitely continue to recommend it to friends. Put me down as another satisfied customer. More
