Before the i went to my appointment, it was very confusing. I was being contacted by multiple people about the same appointment. I didn’t know who i was meeting. Once i got there is was good. Had ordered a key replacement 3 weeks before the service appointment ... the key wasn't there for the appointment . Took 30 mins of waiting for my SUV to be bought out from the back after service was comple appointment ... the key wasn't there for the appointment . Managers and sales, Samer, Ozzy and Pete, outstanding. Quick, professional, honest. Closed the deal and purchased the car in less than 20 minutes. The only hassle was the finance department.
