Van, Gabe, and Michael at Rairdon Subaru went out of their way to make us feel at ease throughout all stages of my new car purchase. I went in to service my older vehicle and was able to test drive the their way to make us feel at ease throughout all stages of my new car purchase. I went in to service my older vehicle and was able to test drive the new Ascent while my car was being worked on. The Rairdon crew was impressively personable and professional throughout the process of ultimately negotiating the trade in of my 2018 Subaru Forester and financing of my new Subaru. They worked patiently with me and the challenges of navigating the paperwork differences due to buying away from my home state. The team went the extra mile to help hook me up with a fabulous new deluxe grocery getter! I love my new 2025, Subaru Ascent Onyx Edition and I am fully impressed with the service, sales, and financing department at Rairdon of Auburn. More

Dealership service rep (David) was ready for me before I even walked through the door. He familiarized himself with my car, gave clear information on the work to be done, without over-selling services. It h even walked through the door. I would take any vehicle Rairdon Subaru of Auburn regardless if Subaru or not. Cameron always takes good care of our vehicle needs, but that is true of everyone we have interacted with in the service regardless if Subaru or not. Cameron always takes good care of our vehicle needs, but that is true of everyone we have interacted with in the service department. While I was waiting for a routine oil change to be completed, another service representative had a short talk with a customer. When he left, the two customers commented how they both appreciated the attitude of putting the customers' needs first without trying to "upsell" service needs prematurely. Also, the sales team is great as well. Helen went above and beyond in getting the best financing when we bought our current used Forester several months ago. More
