The gap package was forced on me at the last minute of signing paper work when I told them I didn’t want it and the finance person told me the loan will probably not get approved if I don’t add it. The next day I came in to cancel the package and the general sales manager would not see me. I came in again the same day at 5 pm because they told me he would be available and he almost did not see me once again. Finally I was able to sign the cancellation policy only to find out when I get home the finance person wrote the wrong day. I came in on October 15th the very next day after I bought the car, and he wrote down the 18th making it seem like I came in four days later…I keep getting screwed over by the finance department. I should give them 0 stars. More
