Unfortunate outcome I visited the service department at Oak Lawn Toyota for a routine oil-change. Unfortunately due to the service I had received at a previous dealership I visited the service department at Oak Lawn Toyota for a routine oil-change. Unfortunately due to the service I had received at a previous dealership, Oak Lawn had difficulty undoing the oil filter from my car. I incurred an added expense which set the tone for this visit. I reached out to the previous service department to inquire what they could do to compensate for my loss and I have yet to hear from them. I am generally pleased with the service at Oak Lawn. In this instance I simply came out of pocket more than I am used to. More
