I brought my car in for an oil change and tire leak. The scheduler said the appointment would take 45 minutes when I made the appointment on the phone, but I was told an hour and a half when I got there The scheduler said the appointment would take 45 minutes when I made the appointment on the phone, but I was told an hour and a half when I got there. They called my phone instead of just coming to the waiting room to tell me they didn't have the part to fix my tire, but it would be $300 in 30 days when it came in. I immediately called the local tire place who made the repair the next day for $120. The lady at the counter was rude when I told her I found someone to do it sooner, and she insisted they wouldn't know how to program the pressure sensor, which they absolutely did. The oil change price also went up substantially without notice, and the car wasn't washed well. I've been a long time Metro customer, but I doubt I'm coming back after this experience. More
