The first time was the last weekend in April, when my boyfriend wanted to find and buy a VW Jetta Sportswagen TDI. Ryan was awesome!! He helped my boyfriend find the perfect car and he explained everything really well too!! Ryan is very knowledgable of the different vehicles and very compassionate about helping his customers! Joe & Kevin did a great job with the financing part of our first visit too. After we had such a great experience the first time, we told Ryan that we would be back when I need to find and buy a SUV. My boyfriend bought a 2014 VW Jetta Sportswagen TDI. So here we are, a little more than two months later and we made the long trip (over 200 mi one way) from West Plains, MO, back to Bommarito VW of Hazelwood. Now, its my turn for a newer SUV. Once again, Ryan did an amazing job! After talking to Ryan, he found the perfect SUV. We had a few options to consider and without fail, Ryan took the time to explain everything thoroughly and made sure we understood everything. He even answered a few questions my boyfriend had about his Jetta Sportswagen while we waited. This time I/we bought a 2017 Ford Escape. Now that’s customer service!! I have a background in customer service, so to have this same amazing experience twice in a row is beyond amazing. These ladies & gentlemen show real compassion for their customers!
