We had been told parts would be in in one week for a hitch to be installed. 10 days salesman called me and I asked if parts were in. Was told he would check and call back. ( Friday). Monday called him and asked about parts-told he wasn’t at work but would be in couple hours and would call me. No call. Tuesday I drove to dealership. Matt Bell checked. Parts were there, he arranged a loaner for us and got hitch installed. We are happy with the car and deal. Just don’t like not getting calls back. More
