I bought my fi My wife and I recently purchased a used, 2015 Toyota Rav4 from Metro Toyota. Ryan, our salesman, was excellent from start to finish. I bought my first car, a 1980 Toyota Celica, from the original Metro Toyota which was located on Lorain Ave. Anyhow, this is my 2nd used Rav4 that I purchased in the past year. My only complaint is the overall cleanliness of both cars. The cars might have been detailed when they arrived at the lot, but I think that was it. Both cars had some dust to be found on the inside and certainly nothing like Armorall was used as a protectant for the finish. Also, some dust and 'dirt' in the compartments (cup holder on the console, and in the doors). I thought a better cleaning could have been done just before we picked up both vehicles. More

Amazing staff and easiest car buying experience EVER! On Tuesday I put out a search for a 2016 VW EOS and there were only a handful available across the US! I’m from Cincinnati and was elated to find one On Tuesday I put out a search for a 2016 VW EOS and there were only a handful available across the US! I’m from Cincinnati and was elated to find one just 3hrs north at Metro Toyota. I called in a panic hoping they still had the car. My first contact was Darlene who said “I’m staring right at it on the show room floor”. She asked if I was serious and I said “Absolutely!” So she then took swift action and handed me over to Ryan. He had a quote to me the next morning and the price was fair (actually it was awesome considering the car had 9k miles on it). We drove to Cleveland on Saturday and was greeted immediately by Ryan...and behind him, there was my car, still on the show room floor! I loved seeing it on the show room floor!! We were in and out with nothing but smiles from everyone! This is my 3rd car purchase in 2yrs and by far the best! Thank you so much Ryan & Darlene at Metro! I found the perfect car and you made it a wonderful experience! More
