Conan the car man! Family-owned since 1969! Grandpa Jerry Schneider was an original owner, now we have my Dad Ken Schneider and my Uncle Danny Schneider co-owning the dealership, as well as my brother Justin Schneider in Finance. I’ve been around Toyota’s my whole life and drive a 4Runner myself. Married in June of 2020 and a dad to a little red-headed boy since April 2022 loving every minute of both! Huge Cleveland sports fan as well as Ohio State and my alma mater Miami (OH). I've been happily married since June of 2020 and have a toddler with another on the way. People also say I look like Conan O’Brien if you didn't already see it in the picture! Swing by and I’ll give you an autograph.

Absolutely fantastic dealership, just recently leased a 2021 Toyota Corolla at a great price, Ryan was extremely polite and very fast in terms of setting everything up. Great family owned business. Test drove the car on Tuesday and drove it off the lot on Saturday. Paperwork took about 1.5 hours and Ryan was very helpful and answered all questions honestly. One star is too high. This is a stereotypical dealership that only cares about you when you’re buying or leasing a car from them. Once you drive off the lot, they couldn’t care less about you. They build up that only cares about you when you’re buying or leasing a car from them. Once you drive off the lot, they couldn’t care less about you. They build up the service department when selling you the vehicles, but the mechanics are largely incompetent and the ownership is stingy and will not provide restitution if they damage your car while performing service. The sales staff is rude and aggressive, the owner is even worse, and there are simply better options to purchase a car from. More

Highly recommend! I bought a Certified Used car from Metro Toyota, even though I live almost 2 hours away. I didn't realize it at the time, but it's the same dealership where my husband bought his used Tacoma 8 years ago. They sold him a good vehicle back then, so I felt like I was in good hands this time. I mostly spoke with Darlene on the phone, and she was always very willing to help and answered all of our questions very thoroughly. Our salesperson was Ryan. He has a great personality and took care of the purchase of the car very efficiently and smoothly. This was probably the least painful car-buying experience I've ever had! More
