We purchased a used 2020 Toyota Yaris from Metro Toyota in Brook Park, Cleveland OH. We were coming from Pittsburgh and were hoping that the purchase would be easy and quick. It was. Although everybody there was working as a team and helped us in one way or another throughout the buying process it was Gary Capper, “Cap,” that made our experience flawless. We arrived 10 minutes before they opened and Cap was waiting for us. He allowed us to test-drive the car and explained all the key features often accented with humor. Once we committed to the sale Cap steered us through the buying process, first by taking us to the financing department. Metro Toyota’s interest rate came in a few points better than our credit union and we settled on a good monthly payment for a 36 month loan. After financing Cap made sure the car was cleaned and topped off with fuel for our trip back to Pittsburgh. At no time did we feel any pressure from Cap. He never hurried us and allowed us time to discuss a few things in private and answered all the questions we posed. His depth of knowledge about all aspects of the automobile and purchasing process is without equal. If you are in the market for a used car (or a new vehicle) give Metro Toyota a try. But most importantly, ask for Gary Capper. Cap won’t steer you wrong! More

More specifically, I appreciated Terry's no nonsense approach to my need for a vehicle: no haggling, no needless distractions or unrelated browsing; just an honest assessment of my options based on my actual budget. The same can be said for the rest of Metro Toyota's staff, especially Jeremy and Ryan, who guided me through the financing aspect of my purchase. All in all, I can't say enough good things about this dealership and it's staff...The only thing I regret about my car buying experience is that I didn't check out Metro Toyota sooner! More
