They had my car for a month, which had been recalled for engine issues, and still can’t figure out the problem. They’re inattentive and you can’t get through. I’m gonna call the BBB to get anything accomplished. My car was a brand new Q5 2023 that I got in 2022 so to have these issues w no help is unheard of. They simply don’t care. You’re just a number. I don’t know who is more feckless, Ryan or Nick. More

Run as far as you can from this dealer. They do not inspect cars they sell at all. I drove from out of state, bought a car, got about 400 miles from the dealership and the transmission started acting up. I had to have it towed back to them and they refused to do anything about it claiming that nothing was wrong. They even accused me of doing something to the car and acted as though I had put thousands of miles on the car. They do not stand behind the cars they sell. They also record every phone call without any consent (which is illegal in IL but apparently legal in NJ). Sales Manager Graham refused to transfer me to GM, then I call back to get to Ryan, the GM, and his voicemail is always full so good luck if you have to talk to anyone other than the salesperson. They are the classic stereotype of car sales- DO NOT BUY A CAR HERE! More

I am writing this review as a warning to others: beware of Bell Audi's deceitful tactics and unprofessional behavior. My experience with this dealership has been a never-ending nightmare, filled with lies, of Bell Audi's deceitful tactics and unprofessional behavior. My experience with this dealership has been a never-ending nightmare, filled with lies, broken promises, and a complete disregard for customer satisfaction. It all started when I purchased a vehicle from Bell Audi. I was assured that the registration process would be handled promptly and efficiently. But what I got instead was a series of lies and excuses from Barry, the person I was dealing with. Barry told me that the registration application had been submitted, but when I asked for proof or a tracking number, he became evasive and hostile. He warned me not to call the DMV to check on the status of my application, claiming that it would "stop the progress" of the application. I was skeptical, but I trusted Barry and followed his advice. Big mistake. As it turned out, Bell Audi had never submitted my registration application. The temporary license had expired, and I was forced to stop driving my vehicle. When I called the dealership to express my frustration, the receptionist told me that she had been informed by a manager that if I got stopped by law enforcement, the dealership would "take care" of the ticket. However, when I asked her to provide this assurance in writing, she refused. It was clear that Bell Audi was more interested in covering their own backsides than in providing honest and transparent service to their customers. This experience has left a sour taste in my mouth. Bell Audi's actions demonstrate a blatant disregard for customer satisfaction and a culture of lies, deceit, and unprofessionalism. To anyone considering doing business with Bell Audi, I urge you to think twice. This dealership is not to be trusted. They will lie to you, deceive you, and leave you high and dry when things go wrong. Rating: 0/10 *Recommendation:* Avoid Bell Audi at all costs. Take your business elsewhere, where you'll be treated with honesty, respect, and professionalism. PS: I have since contacted the DMV and the state's Attorney General's office to report Bell Audi's deceptive practices. I urge others who have had similar experiences to do the same. Together, we can hold Bell Audi accountable for their actions and ensure that no one else falls victim to their deceitful tactics. More

Delivery of the car had an issue. They did not complete my registration timely (50 days and counting). They have not sent me certain funds they owed me. This place is a hustle. Got to another Audi dealer altogether. More

If I could give 0 stars, I would. CAUTION: PLEASE READ ALL REVIEWS ON THIS DEALERSHIP BEFORE PURCHASING!! To say that I am appalled at the treatment I have received from ALL employees CAUTION: PLEASE READ ALL REVIEWS ON THIS DEALERSHIP BEFORE PURCHASING!! To say that I am appalled at the treatment I have received from ALL employees - from salesperson to management to Audi North America - would be an understatement! I purchased my vehicle on 21 October 2023 and outstanding items are STILL not resolved! I STILL have temporary tags because every week for a month, they found documents that I should have signed but they did not present to me! They state out-of-state transfers are delayed but they do not acknowledge their incompetency in this whole process! I gave everyone ample opportunity for them to make my situation right, but they failed on all levels. Sales Manager (Albert Nkanso) knew that his Salesperson, Maged Misak, was incompetent and hovered over him during the entire time I was there. Albert showed signs of disappointment, frustration and irritability with Maged. It is difficult to understand why Albert would allow this incompetence to continue. Initially, he presented himself as caring, but I realize that is just his sales persona and he showed that he really does not care anything about the customer - only about the sale! What followed for weeks and now months (because my situation is STILL not resolved) has been a horrible experience! I have had to write SEVERAL emails to managers, Albert and Ryan Schmidt (General Manager), requesting that they have Salesperson Maged refrain from contacting me! Both Albert and Ryan ignored my emails! I received one call from Ryan, and that was after I sent them a check to pay for my car because I refused to work with their SUPER INCOMPETENT BUSINESS MANAGER, BARRY CRINCOLI. If the team is a shadow of their leaderhsip, I can only surmise that Albert, as their leader, is not casting a positive shadow. The level of incompetence and the lack of communication from Albert's team is nothing less than UNACCEPTABLE! More
