Wish I had a better review to write but with the exception of my sales guy being a nice guy, that only positive thing I can say. Bought a certified car that obviously didn't get a thorough inspectio exception of my sales guy being a nice guy, that only positive thing I can say. Bought a certified car that obviously didn't get a thorough inspection. How do I know that? Headlights didn't work properly, AC cuts in and out and the rpms surge during acceleration! Not sure if all certified acuras receive the same lack of attention and detail as mine, but if so, find another brand to buy! First bad experience in buying a car in 35 years, disappointing to say the least. More

On my long drive home, and throughout the week, I noticed something wasn't quite right with the vehicle handling felt. So, I noted all my observations, and brought it back a week later. Jordan was not working that day, so Mack was my service advisor. He determined that we should start with getting the tires balanced, and a need for wheel weights was the issue. It drives fine now, and in both cases, the general feel of the service team is better than the dealer I normally go to. More

He was patient, explained the process step by step, and was very respectful. I never felt pressured to make any decisions right away. Overall he did a great job. Freddy Hitchman (financial officer) also was very courteous and made sure the signing process went as smooth as possible. If I could give the service 10 stars instead of 5 I would. I am very happy with the car so far and highly recommend this dealership to anyone currently in the market for a new automobile. More
