Had to reschedule my 1st appt due to short staffing and 4 hour wait. Finally got the oil change on 9/8 and it wasn’t free like they promised when I bought the car back in March/April. Very impressed with the service I received from Acura of Pembroke Pines. Called to get initial pricing over the phone (worked with Dino Liebro) and was very happy with the price. I visited Lexus of Pembroke Pines, Mercede Also Acura if Pembroke Pines aren’t over charging customers just because they can do to the chip shortage. I visited Lexus of Pembroke Pines, Mercedes Benz of Pembroke Pines, and BMW of Lauderdale in Pembroke Pines and Mercedes was charging over market price and Lexus and BMW wasn’t budging off MRSP. I get that the chip shortage has caused chaos but to try and upcharge customers $10k-$100k is l ridiculous. More
