Shoutout to Mike at Acura Columbus—he wasn’t part of the sales process, but after I bought my car, he took time out of his day to help me with a small issue I had with a sticker. I could not be more pleased with my experience at Acura of Columbus. I was ready to "settle" for the car I wanted but not the color I was hoping for. My sales person Vaughn listened to me and did his best of Columbus. I was ready to "settle" for the car I wanted but not the color I was hoping for. My sales person Vaughn listened to me and did his best to get me into the car I really wanted going so far as the dealership sending someone a state away and drive it back.
