I had a very unpleasant experience with Perrysburg Auto Mall. I saw a 2020 Tahoe online that looked to fit my needs. Michael Ludwig called me back to answer my questions. The next day my wife and I went Mall. I saw a 2020 Tahoe online that looked to fit my needs. Michael Ludwig called me back to answer my questions. The next day my wife and I went to look at the vehicle. After a test drive we decided to buy it. At the time the temperature was in the 50s. We took deliver the next day. Two days later, the temps rose into the 70s. At that time I realized that the air conditioner did not work. The next business day, I called Mr. Ludwig. I was told that he would discuss this with his sales manager and get back to me. It is now 4 days later and I have not received any communication from the dealer. We will soon be taking the vehicle to Florida, so I had another dealer look at the Tahoe today. It needs new AC lines to the tune of $1,700. It seems to me this should have been disclosed by the dealer. Perrysburg Auto Mall was apparently not willing to fix it, look at it or return my call. I will not buy another vehicle from them and I will spread the word. More
