If you ever decide to walk a way from a deal after leaving a deposit don't expect your money back. Its been over 5 weeks and it still has not been issued. We have texted our salesman Ryan numerous t leaving a deposit don't expect your money back. Its been over 5 weeks and it still has not been issued. We have texted our salesman Ryan numerous times and even went back to the showroom and still nothing!! And don't expect to receive any callbacks from a manager - every call went unanswered. I was hoping to not have to leave this review but we gave them every opportunity to do the right thing! More

After a referral from a family member I stopped in to meet Ryan to discuss my upcoming lease end with a different make/model. Ryan was so easy to work with and very knowledgeable. He was patient as I wen meet Ryan to discuss my upcoming lease end with a different make/model. Ryan was so easy to work with and very knowledgeable. He was patient as I went back and forth and ultimately chose a 2022 Equinox. The vehicle wouldn’t be in for about 6 weeks which worked out great for my lease end. Ryan called, text or emailed every week to let me know the status and delivery date of my vehicle. The day it came in he called to set up the pick-up. This was by far the smoothest car buying experience I’ve had to date. Ryan is a great salesman and very helpful and friendly. I would recommend him to family and friends hands down! More
