After rece This is the second vehicle purchased at Kelly Ford since we relocated to the Melbourne area. We purchased a 2017 Ford Explorer for my wife. After receiving outstanding service during the sales process and from the Service and Body Shop Depts. after the sale, it was a “no-brainer” that we return to Kelly Ford to replace my vehicle. Our salesperson was Paul Musso. Paul patiently reviewed features of several used pickup trucks that was under consideration. Mr. Musso displayed a good working knowledge of the inventory, each vehicle’s pros and cons and was patient to allow us to make the best selection. We decided on the 2019 Ford Ranger. The next step was negotiating the terms of the sale. Again, Mr. Musso, with assistance from Mr. Ryan Kurtz, Sales Mgr., worked hard to come up with terms that fit our budget. They thoroughly explained the features of owning a Factory Certified vehicle. Next, document signing. Now understand, by this time we had spent close to 3 hours at the dealership. Ms Sandra Smith conducted the final process of signing the sales documents. This process is never fun but Ms. Smith somehow managed to make this step painless. While we were signing the docs, our Ranger was being cleaned and clear coated. When the process was over, the Ranger was waiting for us. It has been our experience that Kelly Ford (Sales, Service and Body Shop) are not set-up to disappoint. Everyone that we came into contact with was professional, friendly and efficient. Having said that, my wife and I whole heartily recommend Kelly Ford for your next automobile purchase. More
