The main reason for poor service review was the waiting time, it took six days before I find out what’s wrong with my car. The customer service did not offer the loaner, I was told that there is no avail time, it took six days before I find out what’s wrong with my car. The customer service did not offer the loaner, I was told that there is no available cars at that moment. so six days without the car was very inconvenient! It was impossible to talk to somebody on the phone, I have 15 unanswered phone calls in one day! There is either nobody picking up the phone or nobody available on another end after the call was transferred to some of their employees ! More
