Went in for a simple inspection got the car back w problems I have a low mileage Sl-500 which I brought it in for a simple inspection which was running great,. then I received the car back with nothing wrong I have a low mileage Sl-500 which I brought it in for a simple inspection which was running great,. then I received the car back with nothing wrong with it. Then I wrote it off the lot to find out all my dash lights were going off. Return it the next day to be checked out. Then was told I needed a module for my transmission $2500.00 which I didn't. I told them to give me the car back and had it checked out at Fred Sonsi foreign mechanic who cleared the codes and found nothing wrong with the car. I was very disappointed at the dealership and Mercedes Benz . More

Worst service I ever experienced It’s my 4th time I gave my vehicle for the same issue. I spent 1000$ for the issue. But still I am facing the same issue. Without finding the root cau It’s my 4th time I gave my vehicle for the same issue. I spent 1000$ for the issue. But still I am facing the same issue. Without finding the root cause they make me to spend 1k on the car and they told like it is the best they can do because it’s a used car. It’s a 2018 c300. Disgusting service. More

They are the best After a rear ended collision, insurance gave me their repair shop. However I refused. I prefer to take my car to Benz Fort Washington. The insurance agreed and the repair was done at Mercedes fort washington. It was excellently done. I will not use another branch. They are the best!!! More
