Reliable, Knowledgable, and Curteous We have used Mercedes of Ft Washington for about 15 years. They have always provided great service for us and kept our cars in excellent shape. More We have used Mercedes of Ft Washington for about 15 years. They have always provided great service for us and kept our cars in excellent shape. More important, we had an issue with an expensive part and they became our advocate. To Mercedes of North America to cover the parts when I noted I had seen an issue by other owners on the web. A charge which could have been over $1000.00 wound up xosting about $100.00. I would recommend them to friends and family. Barry More

Poor customer service Every time I call for a problem they dismiss it and say it’s ok to drive I recently had an emergency and I needed to get the car in ASAP and get a lo Every time I call for a problem they dismiss it and say it’s ok to drive I recently had an emergency and I needed to get the car in ASAP and get a loaner so I could go to work and they refused to get my car in and told me it would be a week I called the enterprise man in your building and he worked very hard to get my car towed and gave me a rental free of charge This was not the first time I had to beg for a loaner or try to get an appointment right away I have never had such poor service with any of my cars and this was the most expensive car I owned I would never ever again get a Mercedes and recommend to everyone I know to stay clear, the car is nice but service is beyond horrible I have contacted corporate on many occasions to report this problem No one cares how much I spent on this car,service department is very stand offish and makes you feel like you’re stupid Never ever again I’ll run this car till it dies then move on to Lexus More
