The only real feedback I have is not about the sales person, who was great, but the arrangement of the desk at which the transaction took place. I came in the South entrance and Ryan was sitting at the desk to my right. It was a sunny day and I was positioned so that I was looking directly into the sun (looking south). My suggestion is to reconfigure the desk so that the customer is sitting with her or his back to the sun. It would make for a much more pleasant experience. More

I would definitely use this dealership again. It took a while to get it all completed, but we were very pleased with the result and with the dealership's commitment to selling a vehicle that was in driving condition. We also appreciated seeing the inspection report, as there were other routine maintenance and things that will need to be done on it in the near future, and it was very helpful for us to know about them. The day we purchased the van was fast, easy, and there were no hidden fees at the end. When we bought our previous vehicle from another major dealership in the Carmel area, it took most of the day, we were misled on the vehicle's condition, and they tacked on hundreds of dollars in fees at the tail end of the sale. Ed Martin Toyota didn't do any of those things, and we are very thankful to have a reliable vehicle after a smooth sale. More
