I bought a Kia Sorento new back in 2012. At 94k miles it started burning oil and I was promised by 3 different service managers, one now the owner, and 2 service advisors, a new engine when At 94k miles it started burning oil and I was promised by 3 different service managers, one now the owner, and 2 service advisors, a new engine when I met the criteria since I had 100k power train warranty. I asked for something in writing but nobody was willing. After 3 years of bringing this vehicle in every 1000 miles to have an oil consumption test and being kicked down the road, I got rid of it. Will not step foot in that place again. Would give a negative rating if possible. More
