If I could, I would have given this dealership a zero. After sales service is totally unacceptable. The service adviser Craig was exceptional. If you plan on purchasing a vehicle in the future. Run as fast as you can away from this horrendous dealership. They're horrible. This was my first ever purchase of a kia branded vehicle and it will be my last. Again, all I can say is buyer beware. You might find a nice sale's person and find a car you like but after that it ends. Dealer did not resolve the issue. Actually, itbis worse. Again, was tild that because Jamal, the area service rep declined to do any WARRANTY work on my car, dealer wouldn't do anything. Do not deal here or any other Jenkins dealerships. I am hoping the owner gets wind of this to correct the issues. More
