Great Customer Service I came in for just an oil change .They checked out the whole car and seen I needed a battery. The battery was still under warranty so they replaced it I came in for just an oil change .They checked out the whole car and seen I needed a battery. I didn't feel pressured at all and he took the time to find the car I wanted (which changed a couple of times).If he isn't employee of the year I would be extremely surprised. I purchased a 2013 Accord Coupe V6. Its fun to drive and has lots of power. Although it been my experience that Hondas are extremely reliable, I purchased an extended bumper to bumper warranty that gives me piece of mind for 85mths or 100k miles from the time of my purchase for a reasonable cost.
