EXCELLENT SALES SERVICE AND OUTSTANDING SERVICE I wanted to purchase a Mercedes from a FIVE STAR RATED DEALERSHIP. We live in Indiana and I called Zac Nichols to talk to him about maybe taking the I wanted to purchase a Mercedes from a FIVE STAR RATED DEALERSHIP. We live in Indiana and I called Zac Nichols to talk to him about maybe taking the five hour drive to their dealership to purchase a new vehicle. Zac answered everyone of my questions, called me back several times, was extremely detailed in what they had in inventory and how he could help me get into the car I wanted. My husband and I drove 5 hours and IT WAS DEFINITELY WORTH THE EXPERIENCE!!! Zac Nichols met every requirement that I was asking for, along with the sales managers Scott Calhoun and Gus Aslanidis. At the end of the day, Chris Yllescas from the service Department stayed late to make sure I had my running boards and tires, Chris made sure we got everything we needed on the vehicle and this was after working hours. As we were leaving the owner RUSTY DREWING came in and greeted us and wanted to be sure we got everything we needed along with giving my husband a great gift! I can't say enough about this dealership. We have bought Mercedes in New York and Dallas and never had this kind of service!!! They have a customer for life with us and some of my family members who drive Mercedes. THANK YOU AGAIN FOR MAKING OUR CAR BUYING SUCH A WONDERFUL, HAPPY EXPERIENCE!!!!! A whole new experience in car buying While driving from Dallas TX to our home near Indianapolis we searched the web and found Mercedes Benz of Columbia Missouri. We didn’t need to upgrade While driving from Dallas TX to our home near Indianapolis we searched the web and found Mercedes Benz of Columbia Missouri. We didn’t need to upgrade our vehicle but we looked at their website and saw some great deals. We called from the road around 9 am and Zac Nichols answered the phone. Zac is great to work with, he was upfront about what he could and couldn’t do on prices and by noon time we decided to divert by 2 hours to Columbia Missouri. What a great experience we had at Mercedes Benz of Columbia. Zac made us feel welcome and treated us as a valued customer but also a new friend. All of the staff, sales and service, were great to work with and they all seemed to truly enjoy their job at Mercedes Benz of Columbia. Congratulations to owner Rusty Drewing, Sales Manager Gus Aslanidis and Finance Manager David Fabio for creating a warm, welcoming and efficient car buying experience. We finished our journey home in the car we bought that day and we couldn’t be happier. More
