Happy anniversary Recently I received a free car wash as a anniversary gift from Lithia Subaru. I know that the wash rack is quite busy at times but took a chance to d Recently I received a free car wash as a anniversary gift from Lithia Subaru. I know that the wash rack is quite busy at times but took a chance to deliver my vehicle on announced on a Tuesday morning. My service rep was Christopher and he politely receive the car and put it through its process as quickly as possible. Although it took one hour for the car wash I enjoyed reconnecting with Grant and talking with the sales personnel on the floor about the new models. I also requested assistance the programming of the navigational computer aboard my outback in the instruction was provided. Lithia continues to be a customer service oriented dealership and Am delighted to be a part of the entire experience.
