We had a wonderful experience buying at Honda of Lincoln with Russ and Chad! We were introduced to Russ at the beginning and he was always quick to respond, knowledgeable, thorough and kind. He was always s with Russ and Chad! We were introduced to Russ at the beginning and he was always quick to respond, knowledgeable, thorough and kind. He was always sure to keep us informed and didn’t mind if we had extra questions or checked on something different. Once the vehicle was in, Russ are Chad were a great team! Chad was also ready to answer all our questions and provided great information about different warranty options and features. Ready to assist, he patiently worked through all our questions. Russ also made sure that everything in the vehicle was the way we needed it. Even gave us a great dinner recommendation to complete the evening! Thank you Russ and Chad and Honda of Lincoln! More

Russ Meyer helped us get our HR-V during a very stressful time to purchase a car (November 2021). We had been looking everywhere for a HR-V and noone had them in stock. Russ had one coming within a week and time to purchase a car (November 2021). We had been looking everywhere for a HR-V and noone had them in stock. Russ had one coming within a week and was able to help us secure one. He kept us updated on the status of its expected arrival and when it finally arrived, he had it waiting for us in pristine condition. After we signed the papers, he went above and beyond in making sure we knew how to work all of the features on our car, helped me pair my phone to the Bluetooth and even had preset some radio stations for us. He went above and beyond, even though it was past closing time. Highly, highly recommend. Definitely worth the wait for our car and the drive to Lincoln (we live in Omaha). Scott in the finance department was also outstanding. A low pressure experience all around, which was especially appreciated! Top notch! More
